A) Rush Delivery regular office hours are 8:00am - 3:00pm (PAC) Monday through Friday. Extended Summer hours 7:00am - 5:00pm. Delivery hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm.

A) Cutoff time for ordering the special "Same-Day" delivery is 11:00am. Orders after 11:00am are billed at regular "Rush" rates or may be delivered the next business day. "Priority Rush" 2-Hour delivery is available anytime during business hours.

A) Rush Delivery coverage area primarily includes Coeur d'Alene, ID and Spokane, WA and outlying areas. See rates tab for general charges. Delivery service is also available beyond the normal coverage area (throughout the Inland Northwest) with rates usually running at $1.75 per mile. Call for more details or quotes on delivery to outlying destinations.

A) Call 208.772.7874 to schedule a delivery. If you are a new customer, it will only take a few moments to get your billing information and setup up an account or, open an account online OPEN ACCOUNT . If you are a regular customer you can order service online: ORDER SERVICE.
Q) How do I pay for my bill?
A) Once your account is established, you will receive a bill for your delivery charges at the end of the month service has taken place. Payment terms are Net 10 Days. Paperless billing via E-mail is encouraged. Payment can be made via cash, check or CLICK HERE to pay by PayPal, Venmo or credit/debit card.
Q) Do you offer discounted rates for everyday routes or volume deliveries?
A) Yes, Rush Delivery will negotiate rates and terms for those who have special delivery requirements. In addition there are special discounted rates available for certain deliveries to Kellogg, Wallace, Sandpoint, Bonners Ferry, ID; Deer Park and Colville, WA; and points in the Palouse including Moscow, ID/Pullman, WA, Lewiston, ID/Colfax and Clarkston, WA.
